Danie Meiring

Danie attended the University of Stellenbosch and graduated in 1995, qualifying as a conveyancer in 1998. He was admitted as a notary public in 2001.

Danie joined Leon Frank & Partners as an associate in 2005 and became a partner in 2011. His practice covers the drafting of wills, the administration of deceased estates, the drafting of purchase agreements and general conveyancing, with a particular emphasis on distressed sales. He has extensive experience in property transactions involving distressed sellers, including negotiations with the foreclosure divisions of the major banks, and is often able to secure a purchaser from among the firm’s investor clients before the auction date.
